We follow a set of core criteria to establish admission eligibility.
Starting with first grade, all students must be fluent in the French language.
Students coming from a school accredited by the French Ministry of Education are considered on the basis of their school records. Please make sure to send report cards for each trimester as soon as they are available.
If your child is coming from a non-accredited school, s/he will need to take an entrance exam in French, math, and, depending on the grade level, other subjects. In such cases, the Admissions Office will contact you to set up an appointment. If your family lives abroad, the test will be sent directly to your child’s school, where it can be administered by an appointed agent.
The admissions process starts in the fall one year ahead of the school year being applied for and continues on a rolling-admissions basis. The number of available places is based on attrition at all grade levels and varies year to year.
We start reviewing completed applications by mid-February. (Please note that incomplete applications delay the process.)
We advise you to apply by January 15, if possible, to make sure your application is considered during the first round of reviews in mid-February.
We begin to send decision letters by the end of February, and thereafter on a rolling basis.
If your child is accepted, we will ask you to return a signed contract with a non-refundable tuition deposit of $3,500 by the deadline stated in the acceptance letter.
