    Conference - La Lecture, Oui but Why

    The Cultural Center leads a day of reflection on the new reality of reading for our children and its future in a digital world.     Join Brendan Cavalier, Lycée's new project-based learning (PBL) integrator, in the makerspace to create 3D puzzles! Students will design, create, and construct puzzles using Fusion 360 and the Lycée's laser cutter! Join us from 10am - 2pm in the Makerspace! Parent or guardian supervision required! This workshop is totally free, but if you know you're attending, please email bcavalier@lfny.org, so he can purchase appropriate materials.

    Most of us know how to feed children in an healthy way, but what do we know about raising healthy brains? What kind of experiences are important to provide to children, how the brain learns. BRAINIOUS is a documentary that shares "neuro-knowledge" for parents and educators in order to help children thrive and reach their full potential. The director Stéphanie Brillant is French.
