Every summer, children are invited to immerse themselves in the French language and culture through play, creativity, and discovery at the Lycée Français de New York.
In a joyful and welcoming French-speaking environment, campers explore culinary arts, theater, crafts, sports, and more — all guided by our experienced educators. Whether they are strengthening their language skills or discovering French for the first time, children learn naturally through meaningful, hands-on experiences.
Summer Camp at the Lycée is a lively, imaginative program created and taught by French-speaking teachers and educators. Every summer, we welcome a diverse, multilingual group. Our activities are thoughtfully curated to ensure that everyone can learn, have fun, and relish this inclusive and enriching experience.

French Immersion Through Creative Play
- Grades: Nursery through Grade 1
- Language: French
- Fees: $1,000 per week ($800 for holiday weeks)
Designed for our youngest learners, this program offers a dynamic introduction — or continuation — of French through engaging, age-appropriate activities. Children participate in daily creative arts, story time, water play, and sports, all conducted in French.
Each week features a unique theme along with specialty workshops such as cooking, chess, and theater, encouraging curiosity, confidence, and joyful language acquisition.
