The Lycée Français de New York is pleased to provide its clean, modern facilities – including its 354-seat multimedia auditorium and two state-of-the-art gymnasiums – for rental to outside parties looking for a turn-key space to host their performance, presentation, seminar, retreat, screening, or sporting event.
Cafeteria
Our bright, modern cafeteria seats up to 225 guests and is perfect for conferences, receptions, or cocktail gatherings. With floor-to-ceiling windows, the space is filled with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. A full kitchen is available for catering services, and once your rental agreement is in place, we’ll be happy to connect you with our trusted catering partner—or you’re welcome to bring in your own.
Auditorium
Our 354-seat multimedia auditorium accommodates conferences, seminars, performances, rehearsals, lectures, business meetings, and film screenings.
Facilities include:
- 50’ x 20’ stage
- A Steinway grand piano
- State-of-the-art audio visual equipment and sound system (equipped with Digital Cinema Package)
- Screen projection, with control system
- Cinema loudspeakers, subwoofer, surround-sound loudspeakers
- Comprehensive computer lighting system
- Touch panel (to control all AV equipment, volume, screen projection)
- Backstage dressing rooms
A mezzanine-level lounge provides additional space for pre- and post-event receptions, networking, or small table-top exhibits.
Additional rental equipment is available on request.
