The Lycée Français de New York offers many camps throughout the year for different age groups and various interests. Our camps are dedicated to teaching students to be global citizens through an active immersion in both French and American cultures and through our bilingual French and English programming.
We opened our new York Wing building in 2016! In the summer of 2018, our new facilities will bring many fun, new opportunities for LFNY summer campers. We will welcome you in June 2018!
The Spring Camp is open to current students as well as students admitted for the next school year. The camp takes place during the first week of spring break everyday 9:00am to 3:00pm. There are two options based on the age, level and interests of your child.
Option # 1: Children from Pre-K to 3rd Grade
This camp for younger children is a theme-based camp. Activities will be based upon a specific theme for the day. Children will participate in activities such as art, science, movement, cooking, sports, dance and more… Classes are taught by Lycée teachers and/or assistants and are bilingual French-English.
Option # 2: Children from 2nd to 5th Grade
Campers will learn photography and 3-D printing from an experienced teacher from NYU. Classes will be taught in English. Each activity will be taught for 2 hours each day. Children will also have a lunch and recess period.
LFNY Summer Camp (children from 2.8 to 11 yrs)
LFNY Summer Camp will reopen in the summer of 2018!
