Each year, the Lycée Français de New York hosts a spectacular Gala for over 900 guests. It is the school’s largest fundraiser and includes a cocktail reception, dinner, dancing, live and silent auction, and a student performance.
Each year, parent volunteers partner with the school's Development Office to create the Gala. They do so through volunteer committees including Decor, Student Projects and Auction. Volunteering on a Gala committee is a great way to meet new people and learn more about the parent body that makes up the school.
Thank you to everyone who attended or provided support for Gala 2019. The Lycée was proud to honor Hamdi Ulukaya with the Charles de Ferry de Fontnouvelle Award, and to host featured speaker Aline Sara, from the Lycée Class of 2002. With the help of Gala guests and supporters, the Lycée was able to raise important funding for scholarships and other school initiatives.
