Rental Opportunities

The Lycée Français de New York is pleased to provide its clean, modern facilities – including its 354-seat multimedia auditorium and state-of-the-art gymnasiums – for rental to outside parties looking for a turn-key space to host their event, presentation, seminar, screening or sporting event.

Auditorium Rental:

Our 354-seat multimedia auditorium accommodates:

• Conferences
• Seminars
• Performances/rehearsals
• Lectures
• Business meetings
• Film screenings

Facilities include:

• 50’ x 20’ stage
• State-of-the-art audio visual equipment and sound system
• Screen projection, with control system
• Cinema loudspeakers, subwoofer, surround-sound loudspeakers
• Comprehensive computer lighting system
• Touch panel (to control all AV equipment, volume, screen projection)
• Backstage dressing rooms
• A large lounge space is available for pre- and post-event receptions

Additional rental equipment is available on request.

Gymnasium Rentals:

Our two new, modern gymnasiums offer the following:

• Wood floors
• Air conditioning
• State-of-the-art wireless scoreboard
• Bleachers for spectators
• Microphone and sound system
• Six basketball hoops
• Volleyball courts (official size)
• Gymnastics equipment
• Locker room with showers and private lockers
